DEALER - DROPSHIPPER POLICY - WARRANTY

We invite retailers, qualified online stores and Amazon & eBay sellers to join our wholesale program. If you would like to become an IDOLPRO dealer, you must first contact us to obtain a dealer application. Please note: we provide drop shipment service and authorize selling on eBay or Amazon to qualified dealers and sellers only.

General Policies.
Dealer Pricing- The most recent dealer price-list issued by IDOLPRO supersedes all previous price lists issued. IDOLPRO dealer pricing for all products are subject to change at any time, and without prior notification.

Shipping/Freight:
Dealer pricing does not include freight costs. Free shipping for order $5000 and up within 48 states; otherwise, all dealers are responsible for transportation costs of IDOLPRO products to their desired destinations. Shipping is additional on all drop-ship orders. We generally ship by UPS . Larger orders can be shipped by a trucking service. Tracking numbers for Drop Shipped orders will be provided to you by e-mail upon request by end of the day.

Minimum Order Requirement:
In order to qualify as an IDOLPRO dealer, an initial minimum order of $5000 (not including shipping) must be made. In order to maintain an active account status, dealers must purchase a minimum of $25000.00 in IDOLpro/IDOlmain products directly from IDOLPRO during the fiscal year.

Payments Methods:
IDOLPRO accepts credit cards, Cashier checks, company checks, wire transfers and PayPal transaction as payment. There are additional associated fees depending on the type of transaction. All payments must be paid before shipping.

IDOLPRO Pricing Policy (MAP):
In order to maintain brand and quality, IDOLPRO has established a minimum advertised price (MAP) policy that dealers must agree not to advertise any price lower than our published MAP on any IDOLPRO products. This policy applies to websites, Amazon- eBay listings, newspaper or magazine print advertising, mass distribution flyers, radio or any other electronic or print advertising. Violation of this rule will result in an email or written notification to the dealers and a suspension account immediately for 30 days. We are dedicated to maintaining a high standard of quality professional grade karaoke equipment at affordable price and we need supports from all of our dealers.

IDOLPRO Drop Ship Policy:
Drop-ship program is only for special dealers who have more than 2 year sales history with us and maintain an active account with minimum purchase. Shipping is available to any destination within the 48 contiguous United States(not Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, APO/FPO or other Overseas and Foreign addresses). Due to the incurred cost of labor, packaging and handling, IDOLPRO will assess a drop ship fee of $10.00 for each shipment. This fee is in addition to normal shipping costs and does not apply to orders shipped directly to your store or registered place of business. All drop shipment orders will be shipped within one full business day, excluding weekends and holidays. If an item is out of stock or back-ordered you will be notified as soon as possible. No items will be shipped until payment is received unless prior arrangements have been made. Drop ship accounts must have a Credit Card on file for orders to be processed.

Warranty
  • 1 years limited warranty for all IDOLPRO/IDOLMAIN products with an original purchase receipt from authorized dealers/sellers (some restrictions may be applied).
  • The warranty covers factory defects and malfunctions caused by normal use in the course of the warranty period. The warranty does not cover damage either intentional or unintentional caused by improper used or negligence.
  • Warranty does not cover for products that sold by unauthorized sellers on eBay or Amazon or any other markets and we have a right to refuse the warranty to anyone.
  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping cost. We are not responsible for damaged returns or items lost in transit back to us. We urge you to ship the item with a tracking number & insurance. We are not responsible for any item returned without an RMA#. If a unit received by our Service Center for warranty servicing is determined to have out of warranty damage the customer will be responsible for paying the cost of the out of warranty damage repair.
