IDOLPRO’s expert technicians are available to assist in the proper setup and operation of all IDOLPRO equipment. If customers are experiencing any problems with any IDOLPRO units, they may call toll free 1-800-588-1868 to speak to a technician or email us at email@example.com.
Most problems can be resolved without having to send in the unit for repair. The technician can determine after the troubleshooting process whether the unit should be returned to our Service Center for replacement or warranty repair.
In the event that a Warranty Repair is required the customer will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #) and this number must be clearly written on the outside of the package to be returned. Returned equipment without an RMA# will be refused and we are not responsible for lost packages. The merchandise being returned must be accompanied by:
(1)Customer name, address and a phone number or cell phone number where the customer can be reached.
(2)A copy of the original sales receipt or invoice to provide proof of purchase.
(3)A detailed description of the problem.
The customer is responsible for shipping both ways. It is recommended that you insure your shipment and pack it carefully. IDOLPRO is not responsible for any damaged or lost packages. Please allow up to 4 weeks for repairs.
The IDOLPRO warranty covers factory defects and malfunctions caused by normal use in the course of the warranty period. The warranty does not cover damage either intentional or unintentional caused by abuse or negligence.
If a unit received by our Service Center for warranty servicing is determined to have out of warranty damage the customer will be responsible for paying the cost of the out of warranty damage repair.
